I enjoy just driving around the areas I camp in. It is fun to do and I learn a lot about people, places and things. I have developed a terrible habit of driving slow. Not terrible for me but for the hurry-up-folks having to be behind me. I try to be courteous and drive to the right or use pullouts when possible so they can go by but it seems like they are always in such a hurry they are only interested in passing some one. I see lots of unlawful and aggressive driving today where much of the road signs and markers are ignored, especially the solid yellow do-not-pass line. And blinkers? What's that for?
Anyway, it is always a joy to ride around and see the landscape and the scenery. In the campground where people are outside, they wave or are engaged of some kind of outdoor fun. Yes, gas is high but it is still cheap and fun entertainment.
Here are a few of the scenes I noticed recently on an afternoon drive in the area.

I'm with you about driving slow, or at least slower than most of the other traffic. You'd think it's against the law from the way some of the other drivers act.
